For over 24 years, Grady and his family has called Columbia home. He spent 14 years in executive management in non-profit service. He worked with inner-city youth through the I???m Third Foundation; with children facing abuse and neglect issues through Rainbow House; provided specialized housing for low-income disabled individuals through the Missouri Orthopedically Disabled Association; with hunger relief efforts with the Community Harvest Food Pantry; and finally ended his non-profit career with the Boys & Girls Club.

During that time he started investing in properties through his own real estate company. He loved it so much that he decided to be in real estate full time helping others to fulfill their investment needs and find that house that is home. He has a unique ability to really listen and hear what his clients are trying to accomplish, and work with them to find that diamond in the rough.
