In the late spring of 2014 I was preparing for my retirement from a local police department. My law enforcement career had extensive dealings with real estate and rental property activities. That allowed me to become acquainted over the years with many landlords, Realtors, and Brokers. Once I became serious about jumping into real estate as my next full time career I started reaching out to those I knew in the industry. I interviewed several of the brokers I became acquainted with in the past. I asked candid questions and what each could do to help me in excelling in real estate and what I could do to help their brokerage excel further. Simply put, Century 21 Advantage blew all others out of the water! From up front and ongoing education, to lead generation, to making sure I have the tools necessary to be the best that I can possibly be, to commission split fairness???..and the list goes on. Freddy, Rachael, Glenda and the rest of the staff and Agents made it an amazingly easy and clear choice. I made the choice to join the Century 21 Advantage team just over 10 months ago. I do not regret my decision in any way, shape, or form. They all push me to do the best that I can possibly do. I have exceeded my own expectations in this 1st year and I hope I have exceeded theirs. Look forward to many many more years and many more closings.

I choose to proudly represent Century 21 for a variety of reasons. First and foremost, the PEOPLE! C21 is comprised of such caring, happy, fun, positive staff from office to agents/brokers always willing to help in any way. I also appreciate the 24/7 support, plethora of online and in-house resources, insane amount of leads provided, and who doesn’t love the free bounce houses?!

I am a newer real estate agent and was so happy with how the entire team at Century 21 welcomed me. Not only is their training and facilities top-notch but their support staff is amazing and so helpful in taking some of the burden off of the agents. The office environment is one of professionalism coupled by a strong sense of support of one another. Some say real estate is a very ???cut-throat??? industry but I have never experienced that with my fellow agents at Century 21 Advantage. The brokers and office staff go out of their way to help every agent become the most successful realtor they can be. When I was a new agent first starting out, I was trained by some of the best agents in the industry who took time out of their busy schedules to hold training classes weekly, answer all my phone calls and would make sure all my closings went smoothly. From the marketing department, closing department, brokers, office manager and staff, I know my clients are going to get the top-notch service they deserve.
